Patton Landing Beach is situated in Carnelian Bay on Sierra Boat Company's east side. On the beach stands Waterman's Landing, an establishment that serves gourmet coffee and has become one of the most popular destinations for stand-up paddling in Lake Tahoe. At Patton Landing Beach, visitors can rent stand-up paddleboards and kayaks to spend the day on the lake.

Picnic tables are also provided where visitors can relax while enjoying the panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. Patton Landing Beach is particularly dog-friendly, with a designated area where pets are welcome both on the beach's eastern part and on the café's deck.
