Booking & Cancellation

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on the property’s occupancy, but can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be offered depending on subsequent bookings and can be confirmed only 24 hours before departure.

We have a strict cancellation policy. Full refunds are available only if cancellations are made within 24 hours of booking. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve a home. Individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or older.

Pets are not allowed in any of our properties. However, we do accommodate guests requiring the assistance of a trained service dog.

We do not allow weddings, parties, or any events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home or create loud noise that could disturb neighbors. Our properties are designed for relaxation and tranquility, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Access And Amenities

Each property has a lockbox containing the keys. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will provide you with the lockbox code as well as a password for an automatic lock, ensuring you have access to your rental.

Yes, all our properties are equipped with WiFi. Please note that internet speeds can vary based on location.

We provide towels, kitchen appliances, and basic washroom accessories such as shampoo and soap for a minimum of two days. While basic supplies are provided, we recommend bringing your own items to ensure your comfort during your stay.
After Your Departure

MG Vacation Rentals is not responsible for personal items left behind at any property. If you believe you have forgotten something, please contact us immediately at +1 (530) 317-0291. We will make every effort to locate and return your items, if found.

Our 25% management fee covers a comprehensive range of services, including professional photography, linen service, full-service guest communication, check-in/check-out inspections, and light property maintenance. We believe in transparency, so you’ll always know exactly where your money is going.

No, we do not outsource our cleaning services. We own our cleaning company and employ dedicated cleaners who handle the same property each time, ensuring consistency and high standards. We also take care of light maintenance tasks in-house.

We have dedicated home care specialists who regularly check on your property, ensuring everything is secure and well-maintained. Any minor maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and we communicate with you about any larger repairs needed.
