We Offer Cleaning Service

Cleaning vacation rental properties is no joke. Frankly, we believe it’s the most important aspect of the service. Even with the best possible customer service, homes that aren’t clean and welcoming will not get good reviews. Our cleaning company is owned by the same parent company we are so there is full system alignment and accountability.

We Have All the Tools and Gear… Including a Snow Plow

Taking care of your home is among our top priorities. We’ve got skilled staff who know how to fix things quickly and have needed tools and supplies to do so. This includes a snowplow. North Lake Tahoe rentals are at risk for lots of snow coverage at least half of the year and we don’t want your guests to be trapped inside your home… and upset with you as a result.

We Code All Our Own Stuff

This matters a lot more than you think it might. Having our own worker app system that includes scheduling, clocking in and out, photo uploads for cleaning befores and afters, cross-staff communication, and more means both owners and guests receive timely service and no redundancy. Everyone is on the same page. 

We’re Local

Being local matters because we know you want your home rental process to contribute to the North Lake Tahoe economy, but we also know it matters more because you receive personal, in-person service. When you have an issue, you will call a number and a human will answer. No phone tree, no hold lines, and people who care that you get what you need. 

Also, being local means that all the people who work in and around your home are locals. Plus, as a benefit of their employment, they are part-owners of the company, and as a result realize that their good work directly and positively impacts what they get out of their service to your homes and your guests. This also creates deep accountability; our team has a true ‘we’re all in this together’ approach to work. 

We are committed to managing and representing your home with personal service. We know you want to be involved in the rental process and always have a grasp on what’s happening in and about your home. That is important to us. 

We Don’t Want to Get Huge

In order to provide the services listed above, we know that means we can never grow too big. And we’re okay with that. MGVR will grow up to 35 homes and properties and then sit still. We can’t pass that mark without sacrificing the service we provide and we’re not willing to do that. As a homeowner, you need your home to never get lost in the shuffle. Our commitment to staying at a manageable size means you have a relationship with only one person, not whomever answers the phone.
