The home is thoughtfully laid out with bedrooms on the first floor, ensuring restful nights. The living space, including a vast kitchen and a cozy living room, is situated on the second floor, maximizing the panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. This layout ensures that whether you're cooking, dining, or just lounging, you're always in sight of the lake's tranquil waters.

Within a short distance, guests can explore the Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts, the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park, the Tahoe City Golf Course, and the vibrant downtown of Tahoe City. Whether you're looking to hit the slopes, embark on a treetop adventure, enjoy a round of golf, or soak up the local culture and cuisine at places like Jason’s Beachside Grille, Old Range Steakhouse, and Lanza’s Restaurant, everything is within reach.   • Permit Number: Permit# STR22-4830.

  • Lake Tahoe Conditions: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer moves, cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates is highly suggested.

  • Air Conditioning: This home does not have air conditioning.

  • Parking: Parking is available for 3-4 cars. The driveway is at an incline, so a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter season.

  • Home Supply Starter Kit: Upon arrival, our home is stocked with a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit, including two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 2 kitchen garbage bags. For longer stays, please add these items to your shopping list.

  • Self Check-in: Guests can check themselves in with the keypad, facilitating an easy and convenient arrival process. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM.

House Rules

  1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

  2. Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages.

  3. Video Surveillance: The property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area. This footage is recorded for liability reasons (e.g., in cases of break-in, injury, or guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed) and does not infringe upon guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and forfeiture of the full deposit.

  4. Parking: Adequate for 3-4 cars with consideration for the driveway's incline. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter.

  5. Pet Policy: While we understand pets are part of the family, we cannot accommodate them due to allergies and pet intolerance within some of our family members.

  6. Parties: Parties are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
