Operating under Permit# WSTR22-0016 and TOT# W-4982, the property comfortably hosts 5 guests. It offers 2 parking spaces, and off-site parking is not permitted. Due to Lake Tahoe's unpredictable weather, including wildfires and winter storms, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for cancellations. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates. Guests must have an Amazon account to access the TV's firesticks. Please be aware that this home does not have air conditioning and the fireplace is not operational.

House Rules

The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years, with all guests under 25 required to be accompanied by an adult over 25. Guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement to protect the home from damages post-booking. A 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit is provided, and guests should plan for additional supplies for longer stays. Pets are not allowed in this house.
