Welcome to “Incline Heart”, a spacious and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental house in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. This townhome accommodates up to 8 guests and offers 1,468 square feet of living space, making it an ideal setting for both peaceful retreats and adventure-filled vacations.

Incline Heart is centrally located in Incline Village, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping, ensuring a convenient and exciting stay. The townhome features an open-concept living and dining area, perfect for social gatherings or cozy evenings with family and friends.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy, complemented by four well-appointed bathrooms that streamline daily routines for all guests. The interior is elegantly decorated to reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, a spacious living area for relaxation, and ample dining space for enjoying meals together.

Please Note: Important Information

• Cancellation Policy: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates.

• Air Conditioning: This home does not have AC.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages. All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours.

• Parking: 2 unassigned parking spaces are available for guests.

• Incline Village Beach Passes: Please note that we do not provide Incline Village beach passes.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

4. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and the surrounding community.

5. Fire Restrictions: Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.

6. Maximum Occupancy: This home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 7 guests. Please adhere to this limit to ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain the quality of your stay.
