This property is perfectly structured for year-round enjoyment, featuring expansive windows that frame the stunning waterscape and bathe the open-concept living area in light. The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing, equipped with a cozy fireplace and direct access to a spacious deck, ideal for entertaining guests or quiet contemplation of the picturesque surroundings.

• Due to Lake Tahoe's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, there are no refunds, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions.

• If you may need to cancel, it is highly recommended to purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

• Incline Village Beach Passes are not provided.

• During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.

• This home does not have AC.

• After booking, guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement to protect the property from guest damages.

• The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and must be signed within 48 hours before check-in.

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests.

• Parking: Room for one car in the garage and up to three cars in the driveway.

House Rules

• Renters must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25.

• Pets are not allowed. If an undisclosed pet is brought into the home without approval, a $500 fine per pet will be applied.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the home.

• Parties and events are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.

• Due to extreme wildfire risk, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited.

• Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000, as per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
