Welcome to "Incline Pines Retreat", a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental house located in the peaceful community of Incline Village, NV. This charming cottage is an ideal getaway for anyone looking to enjoy some quiet time in a serene setting and accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for individuals, couples, or small families.

Strategically located, Incline Pines Retreat offers easy access to the breathtaking beauty of Lake Tahoe. Here, guests can indulge in a variety of water activities such as swimming, boating, and kayaking during the warmer months. For winter sports enthusiasts, the cottage's proximity to world-class ski resorts provides an unbeatable opportunity for skiing and snowboarding adventures.

The cabin's layout includes a welcoming first-floor bedroom equipped with a queen bed and a convenient full bathroom. The second story hosts another bedroom, also with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The loft area, furnished with 2 twin beds, adds extra sleeping space, perfect for kids or additional guests.

The living space is adorned with a wood-burning fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance to your stay (please note, that wood is not provided). An electric outdoor grill is available, inviting guests to enjoy grilled meals amidst the natural beauty of their surroundings.

• Cancellation Policy: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates is highly suggested.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages. All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours.

• Home Supply Starter Kit: Our home is stocked with a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit, including two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 2 kitchen garbage bags. For longer stays, please add these items to your shopping list.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Pets and Parties: Pets and parties are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this house is 6 guests.
