Situated within walking or biking distance to Incline Village's restaurants and grocery stores, the apartment ensures convenience is at your doorstep. The interior features a modern kitchen equipped for all your culinary needs and a lofty living room that provides a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a day of adventure.

The apartment's location is ideal for ski enthusiasts, being less than a 10-minute drive from Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Whether you're visiting for skiing, dining, or simply relaxing, the Incline Tranquil Loft offers a perfect home base for exploring the charm and activities of Incline Village.

Please Note: Important Information

• Incline Village Beach Passes: Please note that we do not provide Incline Village beach passes.

• Rental License and TOT Numbers: Rental License number: WSTR24-0100, TOT# W-4860.

• Cancellation Policy: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates.

• Air Conditioning: This home does not have AC.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages. All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours.

• Parking: 2 parking spaces are available for guests.

• Fireplace: This home does not have a working fireplace.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

4. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and the surrounding community.

5. Fire Restrictions: Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.

6. Maximum Occupancy: This home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 4 guests. Please adhere to this limit to ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain the quality of your stay.
