Welcome to “Lakeview Haven”, a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental house in Incline Village, Nevada with lake views. This lovely retreat accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views of Lake Tahoe.

Lakeview Haven is your family’s year-round sanctuary, designed to offer both relaxation and adventure amidst nature's serene beauty. The condo features large windows that not only bathe the interior in natural light but also frame captivating views of the lake and surrounding mountains, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere of your stay.

Strategically situated less than a 5-minute drive from Diamond Peak, this location is ideal for ski enthusiasts looking to hit the slopes without the hassle of a long commute. Each of the three bedrooms is well-appointed to ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day of adventure or relaxation.

Please Note: Important Information

• Rental License and TOT Numbers: Rental License number: WSTR21-0396, TOT# W-4860.

• Cancellation Policy: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates is highly recommended.

• Air Conditioning: This home does have air conditioning.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages. All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours.

• Parking: Parking is available for 2 cars: one covered and one uncovered.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

4. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and the surrounding community.

5. Fire Restrictions: Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.

6. Maximum Occupancy: This home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 8 guests. Please adhere to this limit to ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain the quality of your stay.
