This rental house includes a King Bed in both the first and second bedrooms and a Queen Bed in the third, comfortably housing up to 6 guests. Parking is convenient with space for 4 vehicles in the driveway. The home’s rustic charm is complemented by modern amenities including a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, a media room equipped with a telescope and binoculars for stargazing, and a selection of books. Lake Tahoe’s unpredictable climate, with potential wildfires and winter storms, means we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind. The minimum rental age is 25 years, and all younger guests must be accompanied by an adult over 25. Please adhere to our parking guidelines as street parking is not allowed. This property does not provide access to private beaches or dock facilities and does not feature A/C.
