First Story: Features a bonus room perfect for relaxation, along with convenient laundry facilities and a half bath.

Second Story: Houses three elegantly appointed bedrooms – two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, alongside two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking tools, including a toaster oven, blender, and drip coffee maker. The cozy living room, featuring a fireplace, offers a warm space to unwind.

Outdoor Living: The deck/patio is perfect for dining al fresco amidst breathtaking lake views. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

This Incline Village rental is operating under Permit# WSTR23-0027 and TOT# W-4860. This inviting home comfortably houses up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, offering 3 parking spaces; please note that off-site parking is not permitted. While the property does not have air conditioning, it provides a natural ambiance fitting its stunning surroundings.

Due to the region's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy for cancellations, including those due to COVID, air quality issues, and other weather-related conditions. To ensure your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your intended travel dates.

For security, the property is equipped with cameras at the front door, deck, and parking area. These are for liability reasons and do not intrude on guests' privacy in private areas. Any interference with these cameras may lead to eviction without a refund, and the full deposit may be forfeited.

House Rules

Guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement post-booking to protect the property from damages. The minimum age for rental is 25 years, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25. Pets are not allowed on this property.
