Living Space: An open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows brings the beauty of Lake Tahoe right into the living area, offering spectacular views.
Outdoor Area: The deck overlooks the lake and includes a gas grill, dining table, and seating, perfect for stargazing and outdoor dining. A stone walkway leads to a secluded hot tub for a relaxing soak under the stars.
Parking: Space is available for 2 cars. Please note, the driveway is on an incline, requiring four-wheel drive in the winter.

Cancellation Policy: Due to Lake Tahoe's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, "Livin' on the Edge" adheres to a strict no-refund policy. This policy applies to various unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, closures, and weather-related issues. Guests are strongly advised to purchase trip insurance or consider booking closer to their intended travel dates.
