Tucked in the tranquility of Crystal Bay, 'Livin on the Edge' is a haven for those seeking a quiet retreat with easy access to the lake's natural beauty. The cabin’s unique location provides a secluded atmosphere, ideal for a peaceful escape.

Living Space: An open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows brings the beauty of Lake Tahoe right into the living area, offering spectacular views.

Outdoor Area: The deck overlooks the lake and includes a gas grill, dining table, and seating, perfect for stargazing and outdoor dining. A stone walkway leads to a secluded hot tub for a relaxing soak under the stars.

Parking: Space is available for 2 cars. Please note, the driveway is on an incline, requiring four-wheel drive in the winter.

Due to Lake Tahoe's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, Livin' on the Edge adheres to a strict no-refund policy. This policy applies to various unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, closures, and weather-related issues. To mitigate potential inconveniences, guests are strongly advised to purchase trip insurance or consider booking closer to their intended travel dates.

Please be aware that this home does not come equipped with air conditioning, offering a more natural mountain experience. Upon booking, guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement to ensure protection against any damages to the property. For your convenience, the home is stocked with a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit.

House Rules

The minimum age for renting this property is 25 years, and any guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25. Please note, that the driveway's incline requires a four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests should be mindful of this if planning to walk around the property. Additionally, pets are not permitted in the house.
