Just a short distance from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, it’s the perfect spot for both ski enthusiasts and nature lovers.

'Mountain Majesty' Incline Village rental is conveniently situated just four miles from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and fourteen miles from Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area. The cabin's proximity to local attractions like Sand Harbor and Kings Beach makes it a prime location for both summer and winter activities.

First Floor: Features a bedroom with a cozy queen bed, a bathroom, and a versatile room that serves as a game, work, or exercise space, complete with an Echelon bike and treadmill.

Second Floor: Houses two queen bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight is a spacious, open living area with a two-story fireplace and extending sofas, leading into a dining room and modern kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar.

Third Floor: Dedicated to the master bedroom with a luxurious split king-sized bed and a grand en-suite bathroom, boasting an oversized bathtub with lake views and a large double shower.

The cabin's design ensures that every floor opens to a deck, offering stunning views of Lake Tahoe from each lake-facing room with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Please be aware that Lake Tahoe is subject to wildfires and winter storms, and we adhere to a strict policy where cancellations, movement of bookings, or refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including COVID-19, air quality issues, road conditions, closures, and weather conditions. We strongly advise guests to consider purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to their travel dates.

Our property, 'Mountain Majesty,' is registered under Permit# WSTR21-0145 and TOT# W-4888, accommodating up to 7 guests with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, and offering 3 parking spaces. Please note, that off-site street parking is not permitted.

House Rules

Strict house rules include a no pets policy due to owner allergies to all pet types, including hypoallergenic breeds. Parking is limited to three vehicles and does not include garage access. We maintain a shoe-free environment inside the house and provide slippers for indoor use. Please note, the property does not have air conditioning.

For entertainment, we offer various streaming services like Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, and Sling, but do not provide cable TV. This property does not grant access to private beaches, punch cards, or dock access. Post-booking, guests are required to e-sign a rental agreement to protect the property from damages. The minimum age for rental is 25 years, and any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25.

Additional features of 'Mountain Majesty' include an oversized balcony with seating and BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, onsite secured parking for 3 vehicles, and LG All-in-One washer and dryer units. The property is equipped with Dream Cloud beds, Moon Pods/Pads, Bosch range, Futuro hood, and Samsung appliances. We provide a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit, but guests staying longer should plan to supplement these supplies.
