Welcome to “Mountaintop Retreat”, a cozy Incline Village vacation rental chalet featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfectly accommodating up to 4 guests. Located just a 5-minute walk from Diamond Peak in Incline Village, NV, it's an ideal destination for skiers and snowboarders. This property offers a thrilling mountain escape, making it perfect for a family or a small group.

The chalet offers a blend of comfort and convenience with its charming interior and thoughtful layout. On the main floor, you'll find one bedroom and a full bathroom, alongside a large deck where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The living area is enhanced by a new gas fireplace, providing both warmth and a cozy ambiance during the cold winter months.

The second floor features three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a private deck, offering a more secluded space to appreciate the stunning mountain vistas. Mountaintop Retreat is the perfect spot for those looking to combine the excitement of winter sports with the tranquility of mountain living.

Please Note: Important Information

• Lake Tahoe Conditions: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates.

• Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does not offer air conditioning.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages.

• Home Supply Starter Kit: Our home is stocked with a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit, including two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 2 kitchen garbage bags. For longer stays, please add these items to your shopping list.

• Trash Disposal: Homes in the Tyrolian Village community do not have trash collection service or "bear boxes." All trash must be taken to the community trash and recycling center 0.3 miles away.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Pets: Pets are not allowed. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all our guests, including those with allergies.

3. Parties: Parties and events are not allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and the surrounding community.

4. Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for taking their trash to the community trash and recycling center located 0.3 miles away. Please ensure all trash is disposed of properly to keep the area clean and safe from wildlife.
