Positioned close to the lake, local eateries, and a variety of shops, this retreat ensures that every convenience is at your fingertips. Enjoy an array of outdoor activities nearby, including disc golf, BMX, tennis, pickleball, breweries, hiking, and biking—all perfect for guests looking to balance peaceful retreats with outdoor excitement.

The space is thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay:

• Loft: A peaceful upper-level space ideal for yoga or meditation.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials.

• Master Suite: This cozy haven features a comfortable queen bed, a private patio, a streaming TV for entertainment, and an electric tea kettle for your morning tea or coffee.

• Living Area: Centered around a wood-burning fireplace, the living room includes a large streaming TV, comfortable seating, a breakfast bar, and a dining table, perfect for social gatherings or a quiet night in.

• Due to Lake Tahoe's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, there are no refunds, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions.

• If you may need to cancel, it is highly recommended to purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

• Incline Village Beach Passes are not provided.

• During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.

• This home does not have AC.

• After booking, guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement to protect the property from guest damages.

• The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and must be signed within 48 hours before check-in.

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 5 guests.

• Parking: No street parking allowed. There is room for 2 uncovered cars in the parking lot.

House Rules

• Renters must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25.

• Pets are not allowed. If an undisclosed pet is brought into the home without approval, a $500 fine per pet will be applied.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the home.

• Parties and events are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.

• Due to extreme wildfire risk, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited.

• Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000, as per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
