Situated just four miles from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and fourteen miles from Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, 'Skylake Serenity Retreat' is a haven for ski lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. While this Incline Village rental property does not include access to private beaches, punch cards, or dock access, guests can easily explore nearby public beaches.

Second Floor: Houses two master suites, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, alongside a cozy sitting room featuring a queen-size sofa sleeper.

Third Floor: Offers three bedrooms – one with two twin soft sleepers, another with a queen-size bed, and the final room boasts a king-size bed.

Living Spaces: The heart of the home is a warm living room with a fireplace, perfect for family gatherings, alongside a well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.

For your peace of mind, this vacation rental house is equipped with security cameras in the front deck/parking lot area. These cameras are intended for security purposes and do not infringe upon guests' privacy in private areas of the property.

We kindly inform our guests that due to the homeowner's allergies, 'Skylake Serenity Retreat' strictly prohibits any animals on the property, including service animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

The property operates under Permit# WSTR21-0341 and TOT# W-4978. It is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Guests have access to 2 parking spaces on the property. Please note that off-site parking is not permitted.

Lake Tahoe's unique climate, prone to wildfires and winter storms, necessitates a firm cancellation policy. We are unable to offer movement of bookings, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, air quality issues, or road closures. We strongly advise guests to consider purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to their travel dates for peace of mind.

House Rules

Upon booking, guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement to safeguard the property against damages. Additionally, this home is a non-smoking environment; smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the premises. Guests found violating this policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

The minimum age requirement for renting 'Skylake Serenity Retreat' is 25 years. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25.

The home does not feature air conditioning. Upon arrival, guests will find a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products, intended to last for approximately two days. We encourage guests to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed for the duration of their stay.
