Rose, which is not only a ski resort but also the closest to Reno Airport. Northstar Ski Resort is also within easy reach. For nature enthusiasts, the beautiful Tahoe East Shore Trail and Historic Stateline Fire Lookout are just a short drive away. Enjoy leisurely days at Burnt Cedar Beach or venture to the stunning Sand Harbor Beach, often considered the most beautiful in Lake Tahoe, just a 15-minute drive.

This vacation rental property boasts 2,054 square feet of space over 2 stories and features a lovely front deck with patio furnishings for your enjoyment during the summer months. You can relax in the large 7-person hot tub on the front deck or unwind indoors in the living room, equipped with a 65” brand-new Samsung Smart TV. The kitchen boasts all-new Samsung appliances, Alder Wood Cabinets, a breakfast bar, and counter seating for 2. The dining area comfortably seats 6-8 people, catering to both adults and kids. The bathrooms include 1 bathtub and 1 shower, and high-speed Internet keeps you connected.

Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms, and we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates if you anticipate the need to cancel.

The minimum age for rental is 25 years, and all guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25. We hold permits with numbers WSTR22-0108 and TOT# W-4860. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 7 beds. Parking is available for 2 small cars in the garage and 2 on the driveway, with no off-site parking allowed. We regret that this property does not provide access to private beaches, punch cards, or dock access. There is no A/C, and the fireplace is not operational.

House Rules

Please follow our house rules, which include no shoes inside (slippers provided at the entrance), no pets (with a fine of $500 per undisclosed pet), and a 24-hour security camera at the garage door. Smoking, vaping, parties, and events are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours beginning at 10 pm.

There is no indoor fireplace due to fire risk, and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to wildfire risk, with fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe's short-term rental regulations.
