Second Story: Here lie three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, accompanied by two full baths. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials like pots, pans, a toaster oven, a blender, and a drip coffee maker. The living room, with its cozy fireplace, invites relaxation and bonding after a day of exploration.

Outdoor Living: Step onto the deck/patio for al fresco dining against the backdrop of stunning lake views. The hot tub awaits for stargazing moments, and a Smart TV is perfect for evening entertainment.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the property features 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, and provides 3 parking spaces; please note that off-site parking is not available.

Guests are advised that the home does not include air conditioning. Given Lake Tahoe's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy for cancellations due to any reason, including COVID-19, air quality, and weather disruptions, and encourage guests to consider trip insurance or book closer to their travel dates.

For security and liability purposes, the property is monitored with video surveillance at key exterior locations like the front door, deck, and parking lot, and any tampering with these cameras may lead to eviction without a refund.

The minimum age for booking this vacation rental is 25 years, with guests under 25 accompanied by an adult over 25. Guests must e-sign a rental agreement post-booking for property protection.
