Inside, King’s Beach Lakeview Retreat offers a welcoming open floor plan on the main level that connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living space is equipped with comfortable seating around a gas fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for evening relaxation. The TV comes ready with streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, complemented by WIFI access throughout the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space and all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals. Guests have the option to dine at the indoor table with seating for 6 or enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony, which features a gas BBQ and patio table set against the backdrop of the forest and lake.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a queen bed, a private balcony, and a chaise lounge to enjoy the view.

• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Offers a queen bed and an additional twin bed.

• Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Comes with a comfortable queen bed.

Minimum Age for Rental: Renters must be at least 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Permit# STR22-4972, TOT# 81027.

Lake Tahoe Conditions: Lake Tahoe is susceptible to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer moves, cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates is recommended.

Parking: Only 2 car parking spots are available.

Home Supply Starter Kit: A 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit is provided, including essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish sponge, liquid dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and kitchen garbage bags. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Outdoor Furniture: Not available during winter months.

Air Conditioning: The property does not have air conditioning. A unit is present but non-operational.

Fire Risk: Due to high wildfire risk, outdoor wood burning, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly forbidden. Non-compliance may result in significant fines.

House Rules

Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian over 25.

Parking Limitations: Only 2 car parking spots are available for guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.

Smoking and Parties: Smoking and hosting parties or events are prohibited.

Fire Risk: Due to the high risk of wildfires, the use of outdoor wood burning, fire pits, or charcoal grills is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines.

Occupancy: The home's maximum overnight occupancy is capped at 8 guests.

Home Supply Starter Kit: Upon arrival, guests will find a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit for initial convenience. For longer stays, it's recommended to supplement these provisions as needed.
