This spacious, modern vacation rental log spans 2750 square feet and is designed to offer a tranquil escape with all the comforts of home. Boasting an 8-person hot tub, decks off the living room and upper bedrooms, and expansive windows that capture the beauty of its surroundings, this cabin promises a rejuvenating stay.

Just minutes away from King’s Beach’s sought-after attractions, including pristine beaches, ski resorts, top-tier restaurants, and shopping venues, the cabin’s location ensures you’re never far from your next adventure. It backs onto the third fairway of the historic Old Brockway Golf Course, making it a golfer’s paradise with easy access to the Club House.

Accommodations and Layout The cabin comfortably accommodates guests across three levels, featuring four tastefully decorated bedrooms and three full bathrooms:

  • Bedroom #1: King-sized bed in the master suite on the second floor.

  • Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed on the ground floor, with garage access and an attached full bathroom.

  • Bedrooms #3 & #4: Located on the third floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed, sharing a full-sized bathroom.

The heart of the cabin on the second floor includes a welcoming entryway, an open-plan living room with a cozy fireplace, and a kitchen equipped for culinary explorations. The master bedroom, complete with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, offers a private retreat within the retreat. The third floor unveils a spacious loft area, ideal for relaxation or play, alongside two additional bedrooms.

Please Note: Important Information

  • Permit Number: This vacation rental is registered under STR22-5204.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Due to the susceptibility of Lake Tahoe to wildfires, winter storms, and other unpredictable conditions, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

    • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations related to COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, or weather disruptions.

    • Recommendation: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance or book closer to their intended travel dates to avoid uncertainties.

  • Parking:

    • Guests can access a 1-car garage, but entry is only possible from inside the house (no garage door keypad code is provided).

    • The right-side garage door is shallow and unsuitable for vehicles.

    • The driveway can accommodate up to 3 additional vehicles.

    • Street Parking:

      • Restricted from November 1st to April 30th due to snow removal.

      • Permitted from May 1st to October 30th, weather permitting.

  • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to protect the property, with the agreement sent within 24 hours of booking.

  • Starter Kit: A 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit is provided for guest convenience. For longer stays, guests should supplement these provisions.

  • Air Conditioning: The property does not have operational air conditioning, though a non-functional unit is present.

House Rules

  • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.

  • Smoking & Parties:

    • Smoking is prohibited.

    • Parties and events are not allowed.

  • Fire Risk:

    • Due to high wildfire risk, the use of outdoor wood-burning, fire pits, or charcoal grills is strictly prohibited.

    • Non-compliance may result in significant fines.

  • Occupancy: The maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests.

  • Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian over the age of 25.
