Welcome to “Rockpile Treehouse”, a unique Kings Beach vacation rental house offering an exceptional experience with its hot tub and lake views. This remarkable property can accommodate 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Perched atop a massive pile of boulders, Rockpile Treehouse offers a luxurious, treehouse-like escape. With 49 steps leading up through rock pathways, guests are greeted with stunning lake views less than 50 yards away. Built-in 1935, the house retains the charm, serenity, and rustic elegance reminiscent of Tahoe's historic allure. The setting and views are truly unmatched.

The main house features a master bedroom with a queen bed, three decks, a hot tub, a BBQ, a living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a dining table, and panoramic views. Despite its compact size, the kitchen is incredibly efficient and well-equipped. Guests can enjoy the sunset and meals on the lakeside deck, offering expansive views to the northwest. The BBQ deck near the kitchen and the secluded back deck amidst the boulders provide additional spaces for dining and relaxation, including a private breakfast spot with early morning sun or a sheltered area for late afternoon wind.

A separate bedroom, situated one level down from the main house, includes two twin beds and a bathroom. Further down, a charming cabin offers a queen bed, bathroom, electric fireplace, microwave, and coffee pot, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Please Note: Important Information

• Accessibility Notice for Guests: Our retreat is reached by 49 stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, including children and the elderly. Please consider this before booking your stay.

• Lake Tahoe Conditions: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates is highly suggested.

• Air Conditioning: This home does not have air conditioning.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages.

• STR Number: STR22-5883. Day/Night Max Occupancy: 6.

• Parking: Parking for 3 cars is available in parking cutouts in front of the home.

• Home Supply Starter Kit: Our home is stocked with a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit, including two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 2 kitchen garbage bags. For longer stays, please add these items to your shopping list.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Pets and Parties: Pets and parties are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum day/night occupancy is 6 guests.

4. Parking: Parking for 3 cars is provided in parking cutouts in front of the home. Please adhere to this limit to avoid issues.
