Celebrate with the North Tahoe Business Association at the Music on the Beach, Lights in the Sky event, marking the end of our summer concert series. Enjoy an evening filled with vibrant live music from Bicicletas Por La Paz and a spectacular drone light show by Sky Elements Drone Company, featuring 300 drones. This community event is a heartfelt thank you from NTBA to everyone for their ongoing support.

Music:

  • Artist: Bicicletas Por La Paz

  • Genre: Latin Circus Funk, combining Colombian folklore with modern psychedelic funk and hip-hop influences.

  • Languages: Spanish and English

  • Performance: August 30, starts at 6:30 PM

Lights:

  • Drone Show: Starts at 9:00 PM

  • Description: A choreographed drone light show using LED illuminated drones, creating various aerial formations that are synchronized to music.

Food and Beverages:

  • Available: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Vendors: MOGROG Rotisserie, EATS Cooking Company, Kettle King, and other local vendors.

  • Drinks: Beer from Alibi Ale Works and wine from Truckee River Winery, along with non-alcoholic beverages. Drink tokens available for purchase at $8 each.

  • Note: No outside alcohol or pets permitted.

Transportation and Parking:

  • Park and Ride Program: Free shuttle service from the lower Northstar parking lot to Kings Beach, running between 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM.

  • Parking: Paid parking available next to the venue and free public parking throughout Kings Beach.

Additional Information:

  • Family-Friendly: The event welcomes children with a fully equipped playground and beach access.

  • Beach Regulations: California State Parks prohibits dogs on the beach year-round.

  • Recommendations for Attendees: Bring chairs or blankets for beach lounging, floats for the lake, sunscreen, a hat, and cash/card for purchases.
