Learn & Play: Instructed by Lauren Robinson, with over a decade of experience in aerial arts and yoga, these workshops aim to help you and your child stretch, strengthen, and have tons of fun.
Two Age Groups: We have something for everyone! The first workshop is for newborns to 1-year-olds, and the second is for children aged 1 to 5.
Safe & Secure: All exercises are designed to make your child feel free, supported, and secure as they get to play and "fly" in the silks.
What To Expect:
For Newborns to 1 Year Old: From 9:15 am to 10:15 am, learn basic aerial movements designed for the youngest of participants.
For 1 to 5-Year-Olds: From 10:15 am to 11:45 am, engage in more dynamic movements tailored for older kids, helping them explore their potential.
