Due to Lake Tahoe's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, there are no refunds, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions.
If you may need to cancel, it is highly recommended to purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.
After booking, guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement to protect the property from guest damages.
The contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and must be signed within 48 hours before check-in.

This home does not have AC, which is common for most Tahoe homes.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive with snow chains may be required for safe travel, even if it hasn’t snowed recently.
House Rules
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
If an undisclosed pet is brought into the home without approval, a $500 fine per pet will be applied.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the home.
Due to extreme wildfire risk, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000, as per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
From April until the first snowfall, NO fires are allowed in Lake Tahoe.
