Welcome to “Tranquil Trails Cabin”, a 3-bedroom, each with a queen bed, and 2-bathroom Tahoma vacation rental perfect for up to 6 guests.

The cabin's main living space is designed to bring people together, featuring an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a picnic bench-style table ideal for family meals or game nights. The living area boasts a spacious, comfortable sectional couch and a large ottoman, perfect for unwinding in front of the fireplace or enjoying a movie.

• Ground Floor: Includes one of the queen bedrooms, conveniently located off the kitchen and adjacent to the downstairs bathroom, ensuring easy access and privacy.

• Second Floor: Houses two additional queen bedrooms with the option to connect or separate them with double French doors for flexibility. This level also contains the second bathroom and laundry facilities, providing convenience for all guests. A unique landing space serves as a cozy nook with an office desk overlooking Tahoma for those needing to work, plus an area with an oversized bean bag and a wall-mounted electronic fireplace for relaxation. Shelves stocked with books, board games, and puzzles ensure entertainment for everyone.

Each bedroom is furnished with new Tempur-Pedic pillow-top mattresses and luxury bedding, including hypoallergenic down comforters and memory foam pillows, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep.

The cabin's location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby skiing at Homewood Mountain just a three-minute drive away, and the larger Squaw Valley Resort within 15 miles. Tranquil Trails Cabin combines the charm of a rustic hideaway with the comforts of modern amenities, making it the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of Tahoma and creating lasting memories.

• Air Conditioning: This home has no air conditioning.

• Permit and TOT Numbers: Permit# VHR-072795, TOT# T65395.

• Lake Tahoe Conditions: Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or credits for any reason, including COVID-19, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures, and weather conditions. To mitigate potential issues, purchasing trip insurance or booking closer to your travel dates is highly suggested.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement to protect our home from guest damages.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Occupancy is limited during these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

• Home Supply Starter Kit: Our home is stocked with a 2-day Home Supply Starter Kit, including two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 2 kitchen garbage bags. For longer stays, please add these items to your shopping list.

House Rules

1. Minimum Age for Rental: The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

2. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy is strict. This underscores the importance of considering travel insurance or booking dates closer to your planned stay to accommodate any unforeseen changes.

3. Pets and Parties: Pets and parties are not allowed. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and maintain the property's condition.

4. Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am is required. This policy helps maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the vicinity.
