About Tahoe Lake & Mountain Retreat
Tucked among the pines in Carnelian Bay, this cozy two-bedroom cabin is set up for easy Tahoe living. The open-concept kitchen is a standout, with rich wood cabinetry, butcher-block counters, and a large island with seating for four — plus a bonus built-in bar-height table by the window, great for morning coffee with a view of the trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you'd need to make meals for the group.
The kitchen flows right into the great room, where a leather sectional wraps around a brick fireplace and mounted TV — a comfortable spot to gather after a day on the water or the slopes.
FIREPLACE DOES NOT WORK, decorative only.
Out front, a covered deck looks out into the surrounding pine forest, a nice shady spot to sit with a drink before or after heading down to the lake.
Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests, and the home's single bathroom has been nicely remodeled. Throughout, large windows keep the space bright and connected to the forest setting.
Minutes from Lake Tahoe's beaches, restaurants, and shops, this home makes a comfortable, low-key base for exploring the North Shore in any season.

“We had a great stay! Excellent location and space for 3 adults. The neighborhood and surroundings were beautiful, and we would absolutely stay here again.”
“Great location. Clean and modern. Just a tip. Do a walkthrough before renting it to next tenants. The previous tenants left all of their trash. The owners were quick to respond and we were happy.”
“Conveniently located spot”
“This Tahoe Cabin was perfect! The location was epic. You can tell this was a loved cabin before us, someone took time crafting those beautiful wood countertops. Down the street at Cb’s bistro, the same artist with the “3 dots” did work there. You could feel the tahoe conection! We thought that was a neat fact. There’s also a easy hiking trail right up the street! Dirks hello kitty trail (: As a family who regularly cooks most meals, we found the pots/pans/ working cooking utentsils…somewhat on the slim side. That was the only disappointing aspect. Overall we found Mgs listing pleasant and cozy for our family.”
“We had a great stay! Perfect for 3-4 people. Felt at home in a very quiet area. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was within distance!”
