The 2,263 reviews are every Airbnb guest review on those homes that our system holds, received May 27, 2019 through October 21, 2026; the 4.86 is the plain average of their star ratings. Murat Gocmen, founder

I'm Murat Gocmen, and I live in Incline Village year-round. Before Tahoe I was a software engineer who built booking systems for large travel companies. They were good at moving reservations and bad at the part guests remember: someone who knows the house, answers the phone, and fixes the thing that broke. I started MG to do both.

I'm a licensed real estate broker in both states the lake sits in:

What a stay with us is like

You book the same homes you'd find on Airbnb or Vrbo, directly with the team that runs them, without the booking-site fee. Before you arrive you get the door code, parking notes and WiFi details from us, not a platform. During your stay, a question about the hot tub or a plow on the driveway goes to people who live a few minutes away.
