“Nice place with a good deck. Short drive from sand harbor and kings beach. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances (blender, instant pot, coffee machine). Cleaning service should do a better job. There was some hair on most floors (especially the bathrooms) and even the sheets. Bathmats need to be replaced. Kitchen will benefit from a few more stainless steel pots and pans. The non stick pots/pans are terribly scratched. There were quick (very likely AI responses) to questions about check in and requests for late checkout. But there was no response to questions about trash segregation and comments about cleanliness at the end of the stay.”
“The view was absolutely outstanding, and the outdoor deck was by far our favorite part of the house. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house itself was clean, but it felt smaller than expected and somewhat thrown together. The furniture was mismatched, there was chipped paint in several areas, and it lacked the attention to detail that would have made it feel more polished and inviting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the incredible location and view, but the interior could use some updating and a little more care.”

The location was exactly what we were hoping for. Being tucked away up in the mountains with views of the lake made it so peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect setting to enjoy Lake Tahoe...especially when we got to unwind in the hot tub while taking in the Lake views! The home itself offered plenty of space and worked great as a home base for exploring Tahoe for a few das. There was so much to do in the area. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and while its an older home, the upgrades they added were very nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore the area!”
