Rated 4.92 out of 5 by 618 guests who stayed. The newest review of each home, word for word. All reviews
“Great spot. Views were incredible and the place was clean. Had a great overall experience.”
“We had an amazing stay! An absolutely gorgeous property inside and out, the photos don’t do it justice. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, beautiful bathroom and kitchen facilities and really comfortable bedrooms. The living space with the open fire was gorgeous too. Walking distance to the local supermarket and a couple of great restaurants - I can’t recommend this property highly enough! Very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids - would love to return during snow season!”
“The condo was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was also spotless which I appreciate! The only drawback was that the wood stove could not be used and I wasn't aware of that when booking. The location is nice and quiet with easy access to walking trails.”
“This is a beautiful property in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. MG is awesome to work with and appreciate the clear communication and property instructions.”

Where to stay in Incline Village
Incline Village spreads up the hill from the lake on the Nevada side of the North Shore, and where a home sits on that hill shapes the stay. Down near the water, Lakeshore Boulevard and the streets off it are the flattest part of town and the best for walking and cycling. The middle of town, around Tahoe Boulevard (NV-28), is closest to groceries, restaurants and the main roads. Higher up, the streets around Ski Way and Country Club Drive put you closest to Diamond Peak; they are steeper and hold more snow, so a car with 4WD or AWD matters most there in winter.

Our office is on Tyner Way in Incline, which is why more of our homes are here than in any other town, and why a lockout or a hot tub question gets a person from down the road.
Beaches renters can actually use
Incline Beach, Ski Beach and Burnt Cedar belong to the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) and are open to pass holders and their guests, so don't book expecting them. The public options are close: Sand Harbor in Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park (as of 2026, drivers need a day-use reservation from May 15 to September 30), Hidden Beach and the other East Shore coves along the paved Tahoe East Shore Trail, and Kings Beach a few minutes west in California. Which Incline beaches renters can use has the details.

Winter: chains, parking and the Mt. Rose Highway
The Mt. Rose Highway (NV-431) is the direct road from Reno and climbs to about 8,900 feet, so chain controls and storm closures are common. When it's closed or chained, I-80 to Truckee and CA-267 over Brockway Summit is the usual way round. From October 1, Washoe County's winter parking rules for Incline Village and Crystal Bay allow street parking only on green days, so plan on using the home's own driveway or garage. Incline Village in winter covers skiing, sledding and the parking map.

Good to know before you go
- Diamond Peak Ski Resort is the in-town mountain, with lake views from most runs.
- Burnt Cedar and Incline Beach are IVGID resident-access beaches; renters generally can't use them, so plan on Sand Harbor or Hidden Beach.
- Lakeshore Boulevard is the flattest, most scenic walking and cycling route in town.
- Mount Rose Highway (NV-431) is the direct route to Reno and needs chains or snow tires in winter.
