“Property Manager MG, was super helpful: my wife and two young children 7and 9 came up to Northstar for a ski vacation, only to find that our on-slope rental had been canceled without notification! It was 5pm , getting dark, we were stuck in the car with no place to stay- we pivoted after getting the run around, booked a keyless entry place but realized after, that they needed24hrs notice for the cleaning crew.
I called MG fearing the worst (No Place!) he found another property within minutes that was ready to go- same rate, immediate service, all the amenities we needed, no problems, 15 minutes later we were snug by the fireplace😃
