We unfortunately had to cancel our Airbnb with Murat and were set to receive only a partial refund but he graciously fully refunded us and got back to us in such a timely manner. So nice to do business with him, would highly recommend!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The home was equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, it felt like visiting my mom’s house, where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The space was spotless, beautifully organized, and filled with small touches that made it feel extra welcoming and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and love went into setting up this place. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a truly stress-free and cozy stay.

We spent the weekend at this amazing property. We fell in love with the spacious yet cozy home. The property owner’s attention to detail was evident. Our 8 year old and, surprisingly, our teenager were both sad to leave. Close to the beach and plenty of activities. We would love to visit again. Absolutely recommend!!!!

I have rented Murat's home in Lake Tahoe. From the Get go, Murat's communication has been very professional, quick, informative and polite. I have requested for super early checkin and Murat graciously accepted my request. This truly saved sooo much time for our group of three families and made it soo much more wonderful trip to Lake Tahoe. I immensely appreciate Murat for this kind gesture which is very rare in this business. Thank you soo much Murat !!

We headed up to Tahoe for a boys golf trip and this place did not disappoint! It was extremely easy to navigate to off the main road but still felt secluded up in the pines. I had no idea but what a great location too. Very walkable to a handful of places (casino/bars) or a very short drive to everything you need. Moon Dune Beach was close and felt private and whitecaps pizza spicy Hawaiian… we got it 3x! The place was quaint and felt like a true mountain cabin but with plenty of space for everyone with a great common area to relax and unwind. Multiple patio areas made it great to enjoy the great summer mountain weather. Mgs place had everything we needed and the bathrooms were super clean and fresh almost like staying in a hotel. Furthermore, the garage space came in clutch! You can easily fit two small cars in there and a great space to keep golf bags/beach stuff! All of this came at a pretty killer rate considering the location. Would def recommend!

Wonderful home that is exactly how it is in person as the pictures show and summary sum it up. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. The house is super cozy and clean as can be. Hot tub is frequently kept up to par. Even the porch got washed. Highly recommend the host and home.

Our family had a spectacular time at this beautiful home in Incline Village! It was in a perfect location, in a peaceful neighborhood, moments to the best beaches in north Lake Tahoe. The host was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. The house was well equipped to cook and eat meals while overlooking the lake view. It was a 10/10 and we hope to be back to this home soon! Our kids loved it! Wholeheartedly recommend!

I spent a week at this property with my family last week & I have to say it was one of the best vacations ever! The house was amazing! The decor so cozy. Loved that each bedroom had its own en suite. The views were amazing. There’s a porch that you could sit out on day & night! It was very clean and had everything we needed! Kitchen was modern & the hot tub & sauna were an extra bonus, plenty of linens too! It’s so peaceful & perfect in every way. Hope to go back soon!!!
